Raegan Loston is a Breathwork Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Vision Board Workshop Facilitator, and Birth Doula. She has trained clients worldwide in the practice of Breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and manifestation. Raegan’s mission is to empower you to heal old wounds, move stagnant energy, and get clear on your desires so you are able to self-advocate and manifest the life you are meant to live. Raegan offers private small groups, corporate groups, and private individual sessions.

I am excited to offer my Breathe with Rae Lo Vision Board Workshop to the DASC community.
The workshop is designed to help participants tap into their intuition and power of manifestation using the healing power of the breath and visualization.
The workshop will begin with a powerful soul opening and intention setting Breathwork session followed by intuitive and inspirational vision board guidance. We will close out the session with a short grounding meditation and an invitation for participants to continue working on their boards after our time together is complete.
All participants will need the the following:
1. Small/Medium sized foam board – the board can very in size depending on participant preference and prior vision board experience.
2. Glue stick
3. Scissors (straight and/or craft)
4. Magazine Clippings – Participants should have magazines clippings that spark their interest and speak to their specific desires. Given our limited time together I recommend that participant pre-clip their magazines so they can dive right in during our time together.
